Gary W. Kramer founded the Owner/Builder Network in Houston, TX in 1997. The Owner/Builder Network has helped more than 5,000 families build their own homes. In September of 2007 Gary founded Owner Builder Connection. Owner Builder Connection is taking what he has learned through ten years of operation and offering it locally by means of franchising.

Over the last ten plus years we have had hundreds of telephone calls and emails from all over the country from individuals who both wanted to know if our service was available in their area and by people who were interested in bringing this business concept to their local market. Owner Builder Connection is that opportunity.
