Do I need construction experience to own your franchise?

No, just as you may never have worked in a kitchen if you purchase a McDonald's franchise they will teach you all you need to know about making the perfect Quarter Pounder.  With our extensive training programs and franchisee support you will have the access to all the construction experience you will need.  Any and all previous construction knowledge is helpful but not required.

What is the initial investment?

On average the investment is between $41,350 and $158,250.

Do you help with financing?

Yes.

Will I have a protected territory for my office?

Yes. Each franchise has a protected territory that ensures no other franchise location will be placed or do business in that territory.

Do you have an Application Fee?

Yes, we have a non-refundable $1,000 application fee that is applied to your initial franchise fee.

What is your Initial Franchise Fee?

Initial Franchise Fees vary from $5,000 - $20,000 depending on the market and territory.

What are your ongoing royalties?

We use a flat rate royalty system that is dependant on the market classification.  The monthly royalties start as low as $400.  

Can I have a partner in a franchise?

The system was created in 1997 by our Founder and the Co-Founder of the Owner/Builder Network.  We began franchising OWNER BUILDER CONNECTION in 2005.

Does, OWNER BUILDER CONNECTION help with office location?

Yes.

How long does it take to open my office after executing the franchise agreements?

Usually it takes 60-90 days.

What happens after I execute my franchise agreement?

You will attend and complete an extensive training program at your franchise location.

What kind of support do I receive after my office opens?

We provide ongoing support in training, operations, and marketing through store visits, newsletters, regional and national meetings. In addition each franchise owner is assigned a franchise support consultant available 24 hours a day by telephone for assistance.

Is there an information source about your franchise?

Every franchisor in the United States presents comprehensive information about the franchise it offers in a disclosure document called a Franchise Offering Circular. It must deliver the circular to you at the earlier of the first personal meeting with a franchise sales person or 10 business days before you sign any agreement or pay any fee. It also must deliver any agreement you are asked to sign at least 5 business days before you sign the contract and pay the fee.
